From my start as a CNA to becoming an NP, I bring clinical expertise combined with a heart for holistic wellness.
I create online courses grounded in medical science and Christian principles to educate and empower you to make practical lifestyle changes that support your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Each course integrates faith and prayer, helping you grow stronger in body and spirit.

This field emphasizes the power of diet, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle factors to prevent, manage, and often reverse chronic health conditions.

My Family, My Why
My husband Justin and I live in Rapid City, SD with our four beautiful children. I strive to be the best version of myself daily to fulfill my vocations of wife and mother; I often fail and each day is a challenge but by the grace of God and the knowledge of healthy behaviors, I can make positive choices each day.
